How can I pay for my orders?

You may pay with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal. You may also pay via Bank cheque, money order or Direct Deposit into our nominated Bank Account.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, we will email you a tracking number from our nominated carrier so you can track your order.

What carrier(s) do you use to ship my orders?

We use Australia Post, Fastway and Couriers Please within Australia. For International freight we use FedEx, DHL.

Does ezywholesale insure my orders?

All our orders shipped are insured.

What is the difference between a shipping and handling fee (freight fee's) and a dropship fee?

The Shipping and Handling fee is what carriers charges to use their services. A dropship fee is what a warehouse charges to package and ship one item at a time.

What are the benefits of Dropshipping?

We ship direct from our warehouse to your customer. This is a money and time-saving alternative to storing product in your warehouse (or garage). With dropshipping there is very little investment required, no inventory to manage, and since you sell the item to your customer before you order it from us, you always have positive cash flow. Sell first, then buy!

If I returned a product or refused an order, when do I receive credit?

You will receive credit for returned or refused products once they have been received and processed by ezyWholesale. After we have processed it and confirmed receipt with, we will refund the money.

What is the process to return an item?

If you need to have an item returned, you will need to get an RMA (Return Merchant Account) number from ezywholesale. Email us with your order information and your request for a return. We will issue you an RMA number and give you the ship-to address for your package.

You MUST have an RMA number issued by us before you send any item back to the warehouse. Items should never be returned to the address listed on our contact page. We will refuse all items that are shipped to our address, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

What do I need to include to return a product?

All return items must be in its original packaging with your RMA number (issued by ezywholesale) clearly labeled on the outside of the box. Again, you must contact ezywholesale before returning any product. We will provide you with your RMA number and the appropriate address to send your package to.

Is ezywholesale a secure company?

At ezywholesale we want you to feel that your transactions are secure. All of your account information is kept on secure, dedicated servers. We use industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption technology for all of our transactions.

Does ezywholesale give away my personal or business information?

We do not share information about individual users with any third party, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public. Click to view our Privacy Policy.

Do I need to charge sales tax on my sales?

Sales tax, GST/VAT is charged to all goods sold in Australia. International buyers are exempt from Sales Tax (GST). ezyWholesale, is not responsible for any taxes associated with the coutry in which you do your business. You are responsible for collecting any taxes required in the coutries in which you conduct your business.

Can I alter the Product Code Numbers?

You may change the code number on your own site if you wish. We encourage you to use the exsisting codes supplied a this will simplify the ordering process. Changing the product codes will make organizing much more difficult.

ezywholesale can not be held responsible for code number mismatches if you alter our numbers.

Can I use the Images and Descriptions on ezyWholesale's website to sell the products?

ezywholesale provides the images and descriptions of all of our products on our website to help you sell. Feel free to use all of our images and descriptions.

Please note: images and descriptions are provided to you for the purposes of retail sales only. You may not redistribute our images and/or descriptions to any other party without our written permission. Doing so will result in immediate suspension of your account, and possible copyright infringement action. 

If you are using the images and decriptions to sell your products to retail customers, then you are fine to do so.

How do I get the product descriptions and images to my site?

To get the product descriptions from our site to yours, it is a simple matter of contacting us and we will provide the required information.

Is it possible to use other images or descriptions of a product I want to sell?

It is your responsibility to insure that  images and descriptions are accurate for the product that you wish to sell. ezywholesale can not be held responsible for any errors or omissions in sales materials, and provides no warranties of any kind.

We do our  best to insure that all descriptions are accurate, but in most cases, these descriptions are provided to us directly by our suppliers and we have little control over its content.

Can I make bulk purchases through ezywholesale?

Yes, if that fits your business model best. We give bulk pricing if you purchase at least the bulk minimum. Please contact us about bulk pricing discounts.

Does ezywholesale offer discounts on bulk orders?

Yes. ezywholesale offers bulk pricing on volume buys, please contact us about bulk pricing on volume buys.
