Trading Terms

Prices

• Wholesale Prices are NETT. 10% GST to be added on all purchases made within Australia only.
• Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice due to factory prices and exchange rates.
• Prices invoiced will be those in force at the time of delivery.
• Order is always on Pro-Forma Invoice, we do not offer any credit facility.  
• Freight charges will be included on invoice at cost via our assigned courier unless otherwise arranged.
• Please note that freight & handling charges do not apply to back orders. Back orders are not kept within our system Stock not supplied must be re-ordered at a later date. We will notify you if a product is on Backorder.
• All goods remain the property of ezywholesale until payment is received.
• ezywholesale must be notified of all breakages and damages within 14 days of receipt of goods, for claims to be made.

Returns

• When the claim is made, we will only accept exchange or replace with similar goods, no refund is applicable.
• A return authorization has been obtained from.ezywholesale
• The covering invoice number is quoted or copy of same included with the return.
• Goods are in original condition, with Retailers labels and/or stickers removed.
• The return freight is pre-paid.(Claims for breakages and/or dispatch errors excepted)
